About Hélène van Dorp, Goldsmith

Fashion, jewelry and visual arts

In her role as a fashion designer, Hélène van Dorp saw how important jewelry is to complete the image. In addition to her clothing line - from dresses to coats - she also made bags and shoes, but in order to design and make jewelry, vocational training was indispensable. “The craft comes before the art,” is the expression: without knowledge of the craft it is impossible to make that perfect jewelry.

Master Goldsmith

Hélène van Dorp completed her goldsmith training in June 2020 as a Master Goldsmith, Visual Artist. Her masterpiece – the graduation work with which students prove their professional competence – consisted of a collection of silver jewelry.

Both feminine and powerful

Just like her fashion designs at the time, Hélène's jewels are exceptional creations: artistic, original and ingeniously constructed. With their mostly round shapes, the jewelry is feminine, emotional and soft - at the same time they radiate strength. They are jewelry to cherish, to show your taste and style - and indeed: to stand out.

Are you looking for a special, truly unique piece of jewelry? For that special occasion, or simply for your special life? You have come to the right place at Hélène van Dorp.
